In today's society, individuals want a better lifestyle. We are looking for a slow-paced lifestyle in a fast-paced world. I believe it's called the "rat race" or ADHD universe where everyone lives in a state of chronic disease and confusion along with anxiety, depression, and the inability to function.

But let's face it, regardless of what we do to help function better, there is always a need for some form of support. What we (humans) could do independently 50-100 years ago, we now need extra help to do so we can to create a sustainable lifestyle. You will find young, middle-aged couples, families, and individuals choosing more minimalistic, low-key methods that align with their beliefs and values. People are beginning to wake up every morning longing for change. Especially in the wellness space. Homesteading, living off-grid, the minimalistic movements. All of those lifestyles have improved and enhanced the lives of society. But there is still a percentage of the population that lives in that "rat race". That "rat race" is the sick care system. Yes, I said it... "the sick care system". What is the "sick care system"? It is a broken healthcare system. You may have heard it before from the mainstream media. I have known it for over a decade. That is what Pathways To Freedom Natural Health is created to help change. It breaks my heart to see clients starve for change to increase their quality of life without medication and side effects, only to have allopathic doors slammed.
What I love about Pathways To Freedom Natural Health is that we bridge gaps. We visit with clients. We listen. We help break the links of the chains that bind their health. As a natural health professional, I dive deep into the health of my clients. We walk through together and create a custom, personalized program that uses methods and modalities that create a holistic approach to wellness. The benefits are day-to-day relief. Each step that a client takes is a step towards health freedom. I encourage all my clients to engage in the 9 Foundations of Health. That is the backbone of my practice. Without the consistency and commitment to dedicate to those principles, the client's program will not work. Comprehensive testing, Lab work, Naturopathic principles, food as medicine protocols, and, yes, of course, supplementation. Supplementation means many things. Each client is different and has different needs. With the Whole You Wellness Program, I can get a bird's-eye view of a client's health and goals. Together we formulate a plan that is simple, structured, and effective. Click here to book a free consultation, and let's get started.
